Ordering

Wait time (despatch) is usually only 1-2 weeks from receipt of your payment. If you wish to order please pay the deposit, or email us (but contact us first before doing so). A deposit will be needed to secure your Colossus, unless the lead-time is under 2 weeks at the time in which case full payment. Final payment, shipping costs, and tax where applicable, need to clear in our account before despatch. Payments to be made by bank transfer.

If you are in the UK add VAT to every price. If you are outside the UK you will have to pay import tax and duty. Colossus isn’t going to cost EU customers more since Brexit. When the UK was in the EU you paid the VAT in the UK at time of purchase. The only difference is now you pay it when it enters your country. The total cost remains very similar.

BREXIT - No worries

Many think buying (new) gear from the UK will cost more, like 20% more, due to import tax. That isn’t strictly speaking true.

When UK was in the EU, we’d be charging you 20% VAT here. All that has changed instead of paying VAT here, you are charged on import. Overall the price is basically the same. The only change is where the VAT you ultimately have to pay is charged, in the UK (as before), or your country (now). If you are a VAT registered business, then most likely you can reclaim your tax.
